Immigration Paralegal

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Paralegal with 2-4 years experience in immigration law to begin work immediately. Candidates must possess prior experience and training in various other immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications, especially asylum applications, family-based petitions, applications for adjustment of status, and applications for naturalization.

Qualified candidates must possess great analytical and communication skills and have 2+ years experience in immigration law, have excellent organizational skills, good research and writing skills, and must be a hard worker. Candidates must possess the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and LexisNexis. Candidates need to be highly attentive to detail, able to handle large amounts of paperwork and be highly organized. Proficiency in foreign languages preferred but not required.

Position to start immediately with opportunity for advancement. The Firm is accessible by Metro (Farragut North/Farragut West). Compensation commensurate with experience.
